Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from yinyang. If you need to return an item, please read this policy carefully.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Sale Items: Any items purchased at a discounted price, including those bought during promotional periods or with discount codes.
Innerwear & Intimates: All innerwear and intimate apparel.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

3. Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your original purchase and place a new order.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return.

5. Refund Method
For customers outside Indonesia: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For customers within Indonesia only: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

6. Bank Transfer Refund Details (Indonesia only)
Refunds by bank transfer will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that bank transfer fees and any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Restocking / Inspection
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has passed inspection.

8. Important Notes
Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
・All sales are final after the return period.
・We do not offer refunds for items returned after the 7‑day return window.
